In addition to being an Interdisciplinary Fellow with CFN, Dr. Elliott is a Project Manager for the Geriatric Health Systems Research Group in the School of Public Health and Health Systems at the University of Waterloo. In 2009, she completed her BA in Kinesiology (Honours), followed by a Master of Science degree in Health Sciences, Health and Aging, in 2011, both at the University of Western Ontario. In 2015, Dr. Elliott subsequently proceeded to obtain her PhD in Health Studies and Gerontology from the University of Waterloo, studying under the supervision of Dr. Paul Stolee in the Aging, Health and Well-being program. Her research interests include care transitions, care giving, rehabilitation and quality of care in older adults.
