Kelly Kay is the Executive Director of the Seniors Care Network, a coordinating entity for all specialized geriatric services (SGS) in the Central East region of Ontario. Kelly is a seasoned health administrator whose accomplishments include the design, implementation and coordination of large-scale, yet grassroots, regional programs. Kelly holds a Masters in Leadership (Health Specialization) from Royal Roads University and is a PhD candidate at the University of Toronto, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. Her research interests include the engagement of older adults in community-based health service design and interprofessional geriatric/gerontological care. Kelly is a member of the Citizen Engagement Committee at the Canadian Frailty Network.
